We will do everything we can to make your visit memorable! 

The "Villa" consists of 7 cottages on 5 acres and is a perfect group retreat! Gated, private, intimate. Stay and play on one of the most popular rivers in California and see where the great California Gold Rush began in 1848. Our riverfront sanctuary is popular for small group retreats and is conveniently located below the big rapids for tubing and floating fun. Also within walking distance to the Marshall Gold Discovery State park, guided whitewater rafting tours, wine tasting and more. Your vacation is waiting! See you soon!

Please keep in mind that videos were taken during high water year and water levels are not commonly that high. 

  • The "Villa" base price is $1825 weekday & $1970 weekend for up to 22 people plus 10% tax, a $550 group cleaning fee, $100 resort fee & $900 refundable damage/security deposit. Includes all 7 cottages. Variations are possible 
  • It is $15 per person after 22 overnight guests, with a maximum of 36 indoors and 50 indoor/outdoor
  • Maximum daytime occupancy is 70 people & 40 vehicles
  • If you are planning an event, we may require an event insurance policy, a special use permit issued by El Dorado County, out-house rental(s), and a signed contract for groups of 22 or more (depending on the circumstances)
  • No amplified music, including DJ's or live bands. iPhone sets and/or acoustic music allowed at low levels
  • 10 pm "quiet time" for all guests per County Ordinance. Music cut off time is 9:30pm.
  • Full payment is due at the time of reservation if you book online. If you prefer to pay 50% of the total with the balance due 30-days prior to check-in, please call 530-334-3479 to secure your dates
