- The "Village" base price is $2280 for up to 26 people per night, plus 10% occupancy tax, a $800 group cleaning fee, $200 resort fee & $1200 refundable damage/security deposit. This includes all 8 cottages. Variations are possible.
- It is $15 per person after 26 overnight guests, with a maximum of 39 indoors and 50 indoor/outdoor
- Maximum daytime occupancy is 100 people & 45 vehicles
- If you are planning an event, we may require an event insurance policy, a special use permit issued by El Dorado County, out-house rental(s), and a signed contract for groups of 26 or more (depending on the circumstances)
- Amplified music, including DJ's or live bands allowed with permit. iPhone sets and/or acoustic music allowed at low levels
- 10 pm "quiet time" for all guests per County Ordinance. Music cut off time is 9:30pm.
- 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance due 30-days prior to check-in.
